Company Profile: E-SONG apparel is a professional textile manufacturer located in Shandong province, north of China. Since year 2014, we’ve been producing medical uniforms and chef uniforms for US and Australia market. Total monthly capacity 300,000 units.
Since our inception, we have become a highly trusted manufacturer of medical uniforms and chef uniforms for the US and Australian markets. Our monthly production capacity reaches 300,000 pieces, which is achieved by a factory we own in Linyi City with 120 workers and production lines subcontracted to two other factories.
Our diversified production capability enables different styles of uniforms to be produced on different production lines, thus maintaining production quality and shipping stability. In order to ensure product quality and delivery time, we have an elite team focused on clothing research and development and production. They can provide uniform samples within three business days and deliver them within 20 to 45 days after a production order is obtained.
Our medical uniform range currently includes styles using TC poplin and twill fabrics, chef uniforms for food preparation using polycotton spandex and twill designs, medical uniforms with polyspandex 4-way stretch, and polyrayon spandex styles. We take quality control very seriously and we carry out frequent checks to ensure that every uniform produced meets the highest standards.
Our goal is to be a long-term partner of our customers and to provide them with better products and services. We believe that quality is the life of an enterprise, and striving to become better and better is the driving force for our continuous progress. If you need a custom medical or chef uniform, please contact us and we look forward to working with you.
Durable, breathable base fabrics optimized for high-temperature commercial laundering and structural stability.
Silk-like texture paired with modern athletic stretch, delivering high-end aesthetics without sacrificing durability.
Classic hybrid twill weaves providing skin-friendly comfort, moisture absorption, and mechanical stretch.
Ultimate dynamic flexibility, engineered to recover shape after continuous exertion during intensive hospital shifts.
Under the guidance of advanced search semantics, modern winter medical uniforms demand a shift in material development. In order to cater to cold winter environments, standard scrubs often fall short. They lack insulation while heavy clothing inhibits movement. E-SONG’s winter medical scrubs utilize a multi-layer composite textile model.
By blending high-density polyester micro-fibers with high-performance elastane, we construct an insulating air barrier that traps body heat without creating excess bulk. Future lines will integrate phase-change materials (PCMs) that regulate skin temperature, storing heat when the healthcare provider is active and releasing it during sedentary charts or night shifts.
We believe that quality is the life of a company, and it’s the main reason for the customer to keep a long time relationship with us. So we are trying hard to be better and better. Every stitch is monitored; from tensile strength analysis to dye lot continuity assessments, E-SONG uniform factory ensures that each batch of custom scrub tops, lab coats, and cargo pants complies with strict global regulatory guidelines.
Modern clinical settings are not insulated from external environmental shifts. Medical professionals transitioning between cold emergency reception bays, field triage units, and heated diagnostic rooms require apparel that balances thermoregulation with fluid protection. Our R&D division has mapped a robust technology roadmap for winter medical uniforms over the next five years, focusing on three core areas:
Traditional winter uniforms rely on thick fabric weights (280+ GSM) which cause operator fatigue. By leveraging hollow-core polyester fiber technology, E-SONG achieves equivalent thermal CLO values at only 210-230 GSM, preserving agility during emergency movements.
Engineered with a smooth, fluid-repellent external barrier to resist blood and chemical spills, paired with a brushed fleece lining on the interior. This eliminates the need for bulky base layers that harbor pathogens.
Cold-weather garments are washed less frequently in domestic scenarios; our ODM solutions pre-treat internal fabrics with permanent antimicrobial technologies that inhibit odor-causing bacteria throughout the lifetime of the garment.
Procuring medical scrubs at an enterprise level requires balancing strict budgets with staff satisfaction and safety compliance. Standard retail channels cannot meet the demanding scale and cost requirements of large Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs). E-SONG’s ODM/OEM service architecture addresses these systemic bottlenecks:
Winter medical scrubs must be produced and shipped well before the temperature drops to prevent seasonal supply shortages. E-SONG integrates shipping patterns with regional logistics networks in the US and Australia, ensuring that winter stock lands in local distribution warehouses by early Autumn. This minimizes internal inventory holding costs for our clients.
Large medical networks deploy specific colors to identify clinical roles (e.g., Doctors, Registered Nurses, Surgeons, Pediatric Ward staff). We offer customizable dye-matching services with a color-fastness rating of Grade 4 or higher under high-heat washing. This ensures role-based identification remains uniform across dozens of medical centers.
E-SONG’s central factory in Linyi City, Shandong, alongside our two closely integrated subcontracting lines, operates under a digitalized apparel ecosystem. This modernization provides specific structural advantages for international business buyers:
Digital fabric patterns are nested using advanced optimization software. This reduces raw material waste by 12-15%, direct savings that are passed down to our bulk ODM partners in the form of lower unit prices.
From yarn selection to fabric weaving, dyeing, cutting, sewing, and final packaging, each stage is logged. Enterprise buyers receive periodic production milestone updates, mitigating risks of delayed winter apparel launches.
With 120 dedicated operators at our primary plant and coordinated capacity expansions through our sub-factories, we can scale production up to 300,000 units monthly. This easily absorbs sudden emergency procurement surges during public health events.
The upfront cost of a medical scrub set is only one fraction of its true cost. Hospital administration units must evaluate the durability and washing degradation metrics to estimate the annual consumption rate. Our designs focus heavily on minimizing the Total Cost of Ownership through:
Many cheaper scrubs degrade, pilling and losing elasticity after 20 commercial laundry cycles. E-SONG’s Poly-Spandex and Poly-Rayon blends are tested to withstand 60+ hot-water laundry washes (at 60°C) without dimensional warping or fiber disintegration.
Pockets, seams, zippers, and drawstrings are vulnerable areas. We utilize bar-tack sewing at pocket entries and double-needle lockstitches along inner pant seams to eliminate mid-shift tearing, saving replacement costs.
For custom color runs or specialized sizing (e.g., extended plus sizes or specific inseams for maternity lines), we offer low MOQ options. This allows test markets to validate our winter scrubs before capital is committed to high-volume orders.
Importing textiles requires meticulous attention to regional regulations. As an established exporter to the US and Australian markets, E-SONG complies with standard safety and labeling guidelines:
Our fabrics undergo thorough testing to ensure they are free from harmful levels of toxic chemicals, formaldehydes, and heavy metal dyes. This is vital for garments worn directly against the skin for 12+ hour shifts.
Where fluid resistance is required, our liquid-repellent scrub designs conform to AAMI PB70 Levels 1 & 2. This provides verified barrier performance against fluid penetration in lower-risk clinical scenarios.
We supply detailed documentation, including accurate fiber breakdowns, country-of-origin certificates, and customs invoices. This ensures seamless import clearance, preventing costly delays at US or Australian ports.
